It was a beautiful morning, we wanted to experience the sunrise on Chilika Lake, the largest freshwater lake in India, maybe the world?Leaving our Bhubaneshwar house at 4.30 am, geared with small mini dv camera and a canon slr, we drove to the lake
On arriving we hired a single boat and went to the centre of the lake. A fine mist hung over the water, the birds accompanied us as we passed fishermen huddled next to small cooking stoves in the prows of their canoes.
